Another Stupid Act
Sometime ago I wrote about Lyn’s friend, K, who ran away from his house with his girlfriend and did the deed with Colgate toothpaste.
He did another of his idiotic antics again, with another girl recently.
As a 15 year old girl whose parents whom I believe have been having a hard time trying to juggle between earning good living and at the same time coping up with a few teenagers at home, she (lets call her J) felt lonely and thought that her parents didnt love her.
Came K into the picture. Promised her good companionship and whatever else.
They ran away from their houses one evening. J sold off her gld chain and K, to prove his manliness, sold off his mobile phone. Between them they had RM1,000.00. Both kids checked in to a local motel in the city for a few nights. And, to celebrate their newly found freedom, they decided to travel.
To Langkawi no less.
At this time, both parents had loged police reports respectively.
3 hours after landing on the northern island, a policeman noticed them behaving suspiciously and somehow one thing led to another. That night, both spent their evening behind bars. And so they did for the next 3 nights until J’s father came over to fetch his underage daughter.
What is wrong with this boy I asked? I have no idea. Does this boy has a death wish or something?

I’m not sure I’m the proper authority on children, although I have a niece who is a very strong-headed girl.
Nonetheless, this boy who is no longer one but has turned into a man, has not only sex in his mind. In the long course (I’ve read the previous articles on his famous exploits of others) he is an absolute danger to himself. To prove someone that you cherish her by selling off your phone…how ridiculous!
In any case, this man holds no accountability by not only seducing an underage girl but also kidnapping her across a few states. Never mind she consented to the escape, but to whoever reads this, especially both girls and boys who are still schooling, do something else that will prove to yourself that you are useful to the world. Even if you feel that your parents do not love you or care for your well-being, then I suggest that if your parents can support the travel expenses, go to the Philippines or Myanmar ON YOUR OWN and see the poverty that each child has to submit to feed THEIR family.
And only then, you can use that extra energy and hormones to navigate your way into the world, if you want to.
This will also prove to your parents that you are not only independent but worthy of a child, for you have seen the world and are abled to come with ideas and submit your thoughts to what needs changing in the family.
There are no handguides to being the perfect mother or father. There are also no handbooks to be the perfect daughter or son.
There is only us, and we are merely mortals that God created in his way to guide and let us learn from our past mistakes.
