Our Grainy Mustard-Marinated Lamb Chops (Almost Wordless Entry)


Lamb shoulders

Lots of grainy mustard

A dash of red vinegar

Brown sugar

Dash of salt

Pinch of black pepper

A smoking hot cast iron pan

Liberal dose of love;-)



Massage marinade gently into the meat and keep in the fridge for a few hours (over night is better)

Sear lamb shoulders on both sides till done to your liking


How to serve

Plate pieces of lamb shoulder prettily on your china

Serve with your favourite vegetables on the side

Pour drinks

Make sure cutlery is in order

Enjoy your meal with your loved ones;-)
