A melange of colourful vegetable for our dinner. I love pink plum tomato due to its sweet and refreshing taste. I added cubed yellow, green and red peppers, finely chopped garlic and cubed Bombay onions. The dressing was a simple light French dressing. Salt and pepper complete this colourful salad.
As a side, there was a serving of Scottish smoked salmon and cubes of Havarti. The creamy, luxurious taste of the Havarti complements the smoked salmon well.
Dessert was simple – Crimson grapes.
