A couple of days ago I posted about our planned home cooked dinner for V Day. I decided to cook a simple pot roast and some side salad to complement the meat. It turned out to be lovely.
I added chunks of potato to the pot roast. The gravy was from the jus itself. The salad was a simple four season with honey royale mustard dressing. I added plum tomatoes to add extra colours and some New Zealand baby spinach for extra greens.
